SL Destination # 1 : El Diablo At Scorpion Bay

The first stop on the beginning of our amazing journey through the wonderful sims of Second Life seemed appropriate, as it's our home, El Diablo at Scorpion Bay.

Very reminiscent of the coastline of Baja California, and based on the real life
Scorpion Bay @ San Juanico, its desert meets the sea design lends itself to a multitude of activities. While surfing and dedication to the Baja surf scene may be the sim's main attraction to newcomers, it's also a photographer's paradise.

The sim's creators, Wendi Boucher, Brooke and Mama Elephas have done a wonderful job in creating a very picturesque landscape in which to get some incredible shots. Which Bones and I take advantage of on a daily basis!

In addition to the aforementioned surfing, there are many other attractions to be had at El Diablo.

There's the ruins of an old Spanish mission church, complete with flying vultures, which serves as a great backdrop for photo shoots :

Hang gliding, windsurfing and a clothes optional beach (It's an adult rated sim, but please be respectful to others) are just a few of the many delights to be had at El Diablo At Scorpion Bay!

4th Of July At El Diablo

After a long, hard day of sim hopping, shooting photos, surfing and taking in all that Second Life has to offer, it's good to just relax and soak in the rays on the beach.

Last but certainly not least, there's simply no place like home!

Home Sweet Home With Bones
We sincerely hope that you've enjoyed our little tour of one of our most favorite places in Second Life, El Diablo At Scorpion Bay. There's much more to see -you just need to see it for yourself to truly appreciate the beauty. Just don't pee in the water, it makes the sharks cranky! (And Brooke, too!) ~Blues & Bones/The Bagat
